Pluto Dive in Playa del Carmen ist eine kleine Tauchschule, welche von einem Pärchen mit italienischen Wurzeln geführt wird. Wir waren die einzigen Kunden zu dieser Zeit und hatten eine... read more sehr individuelle Betreuung. Wie die Tauchschule mit vielen Tauchern gleichzeitig umgeht, weiß ich nicht, da sie eben räumlich sehr klein ist. Die Tauchschule arbeitet auch mit freiberuflichen Tauchlehrern- und -guides zussammen und mietet sich sozusagen auf die Schnellboote nach Cozumel ein. Ein wenig ungewöhnlich war, dass wir eine Anzahlung leisten mussten. Ich kenne es eher so, dass man alles vor Ort begleicht, aber vermutlich will man sich ob der externen Guides etwas absichern. Vorteil ist, man kann auch in Euro dabei zahlen. Wir hatten ein paar unvergessliche Tauchgänge sowohl in den Cenoten sowie in den Tauchgebieten um Cozumel. Sollte man die "Dreamgate" Cenote betauchen sollte man unbedingt etwas gegen die Moskitos dabei haben. Es war echt schlimm bei dem Tauchplatz diesbezüglich. Bei Pluto Dive kriegt man eventuell die Leihausrüstung inklusive, wenn man mehrere Tauchgänge bucht (bei uns war es so) und sie ist mit Sicherheit eine der günstigeren Tauchschulen in Playe del Carmen.

Bei der Anfrage gab es per WhatsApp immer schnelle Antworten. Das Equipment... read more macht einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck und auch bei der Ausbildung wird auf Details und Sicherheit geachtet. Einziges auf das man bei der Anfrage bei Kursen achten sollte, ist mit welcher Association man diese macht. Die Tauchschule arbeitet mit mehreren zusammen. My 2 friends and I wanted to do some Scuba Diving in Playa Del Carmen this past February. I reached out to Pluto Dive as I've used them in the... read more past and found them to be wonderful.Communicating with Pluto Dive is very easy.They are very timely with their responses and they addressed all of my concerns. I have not dove in 2 years and my one friend was recently certified.I also noted that I have had a difficult time with equalizing, especially with my right ear. The people at Pluto Dive are extremely nice and extremely patient.We did not have any scuba gear and it was not a problem getting outfitted as they have a good supply of scuba gear. Their equipment is well maintained and they were extremely helpful in fulfilling our needs. Also, and importantly, from the first contact with Pluto Dive it is easy to see that safety is their #1 concern. As for diving with Pluto, I have been fortunate to dive in many spots in the world and I have never had a better dive master than Barbara! She was more than patient in making sure that I was able to equalize and get to the bottom. She did this all the while with paying attention to my 2 dive buddies. Barbara displays a love for the ocean and a calmness that is contagious. Simply put, there could NOT be a better dive shop in Playa Del Carmen. If it's small group diving with high level gear, safety as the top concern and excellent guidance Pluto Dive is the shop for you.

One of the best experiences of diving in Mexico with Pluto Dive.. Spent 6 days diving the Cenotes with Momo as our guide. A Very knowledgeable cave certified diver.... read more He knew all the Cenotes and put safety first with only 4 or less in a group at a very casual pace so to enjoy the surroundings. Momo explained every cenote prior to the dive so we knew what to expect. Every Cenote was different and beautiful. Lunch was different sandwich everyday and very hardy & tasty. Upon return to the dive shop, Barbara hung our suits up to dry and ready for the next day's dive. Could not ask for or expect any better experience. Prior to booking, Barbara answered all our questions timely and we knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. Look forward to coming back.

He provided delicious lunch for us everyday and was... read more very accommodating, while also being practical and safety conscious. At the shop, Barbara was super helpful and very responsive in booking everything. They really made everything so easy! Really the perfect diving experience, can't think of anything that could've been better honestly. If I was in the area I would not even consider another outfit 10/10 would dive with them again.

Barbara ci ha portato alla... read more scoperta del reef di Playa e dei bull shark mentre Mauro "Momo", il boss delle grotte, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli per le immersioni in caverna guidandoci nelle cristalline acque dei cenotes. Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi e siamo stati benissimo anche dal punto di vista umano, che oggigiorno è un fattore sempre più difficile da trovare. Super consigliati! 💪🏻
